thing is i think Hatton camp really believed that that routine wouldnyt help......i think PBF's camp still no matter wat they say still have tremendous respect for mosley and his camp

:rofl So basically, you're trying to force your opinion on me???

****, I'll go a different route...Since Mosley was beaten by Cotto, when was the last time he's faced a decent counter puncher???

So you expect to not bring up to the Cotto fight because you said so and relate to your opinion??? I see what you're getting at but I'm not looking at it like that...Mosley had trouble with a guy that has good\decent footwork, a good\decent jab...Given that Cotto fits the description how can we expect him to do against a very accurate puncher how probably has some of the best footwork in the game?? You're basically telling to overlook the last boxer who used movement against Mosley...Doesnt work like that buddy! Margorito sure as hell doesnt use his legs to evade punishment.

Yes Nazim is a great addition to the camp but that still doesnt earse that Shane has a history of not looking to good againt skillful boxers.

Pulp fiction was overrated, but still a dope flick. Brought Travolta back and made Uma Thurman and Sam Jackson superstars.

Mosley WILL come in tip top shape and a rock solid corner SO will Floyd...

these two will give us a great match period

for me this one aint about age or who is declining...this is a HUGE fight they're adrenalin and competitive spirits will carry both extremely far.

SKILL....thats wat will seperate the two....and for me Floyd is the more complete fighter.....im goin with Floyd.

yes all the other things are important but if u cant or dont use them correctly...ur fukked.

How can an opinion be forced on anyone? Insecurity Rudyard it is a terrible thing.

The answer is it can't. The opinions will be tested come May 1st, either you are right or I am.

To answer your question about counterpunching. Shane hasn't fought anyone in last couple of fights who is what "you guys" would call a counterpuncher by trade.

But you do realize that even Margo.......yes Rudyard.....even Margo counterpunches. What tactic does he utilize. Margo tries to abosorb your shots on top of his head while at the same time THROWING PUNCHES UNDERNEATH TO THE BODY IN UPWARD ARCS.

I know you don't consider that counterpunching........wait isn't counterpunching when you slip a punch and then make the other guy pay?

No Rudyard that isn't the only way to counterpunch.....you simply have been watching way too many movies and listening to too many know nothing broadcasters.

Also if you were watching the spanish language version of the Mosley-Margo telecast you would have heard them say very early on that Shane is TAKING AWAY MARGO's COUNTERS TO THE BODY.....better than anyone they had ever seen.

Now with regard to how Shane will take away PBF's movement the same way HE SHOULD HAVE AGAINST COTTO:

By UTILIZING his reach and not falling in and forgetting about distance. When you are taller YOU DONT NEED TO STEP FORWARD.....you STEP SIDE TO SIDE AND USE YOUR JAB. You USE YOUR FOOTSPEED TO JUMP IN AT TIMES. But you remain aware of distance at all times.....he wasn't doing that against Cotto. Shane was standing up tall in "no man's land" at times with Cotto that is why Cotto seemed to surprise Shane with his speed.

It wasn't speed it was improper DISTANCE!

Shane can change the dynamics of the fight by giving lateral movement of his own. Do you realize that in the Margo fight Shane was always changing distance.....but he wasn't bouncing on his toes.

    Why wasn't he?

Because Naz knows that bouncing on your toes wastes energy and you should just be sliding side to side and shuffling to and fro. Shane doesn't need to be bouncing all over the ring.

He just needs to give shifts in distance via side to side movement and occassionaly taking steps back to walk PBF into counter hooks and or right hands.

We can't change each others minds. We have different opinions. I am saying yours is wrong. I am either correct or I am not.

Come May 1st we will no which of us is correct.

Sure it does, that is why you don't link it alongside what you originally griped about.

Because it OWNS that argument, and makes you look insecure.

Your next argument will be the following:

My emphatic dismissal of other people's arguments is really a sign of my insecurity.

No Rudyard it is a sign of my confidence.

But come May 1st I am either correct or wrong. We will see.

u guys honestly at this point dont think the boxers and trainers dont see the same shyt we say?

THESE two will be wellllll prepared for all....they all have great knowledge.

The answer will be who can adjust and adapt....who has the skills to execute in the ring not in the corner.

Floyd wins a hell of a fight.

So basically, you're basing this on the Margorito fight right?:rofl

Thanks for proving my point...You're expecting me to use the Margorito fight as a refernce when its clear as day that Margorito, Cotto and Floyd fight nothing alike??? If anything Cotto have similarities given how they can counter going backwards...Margorito shouldnt even be mentioned..PERIOD...He only goes foward and blocks punches with his face...At least Cotto was able to get off on Molsey and retreat before Mosley could fireback.

Cotto surprised Mosley with Speed and good footwork...He also know how to place his punches on Mosley...Margorito on the other hand looked to just walk down Mosley with no type of evasive aciton to elude the punches thats coming back at him...Its going to be a different story with Mayweather...I can promise you that...Mosley will pay once he get to looping his punches...Just like Cotto was able to catch him, Floyd will have a field on him.

I agree that Nazim is a great addition to the camp in which he will provide a well thought out plan, but dont get ahead of ourselves...He's not fighting Margorito who you insists on using as a reference...So he's going to have to cope with a dude who has top notch "D" and is just as fast if not faster than Mosley.

I just dont see what Mosley is going to do that Floyd hasnt already seen.
