    Victor Conte also said that he's more concerned with what a boxer is using in the months leading up to the fight rather than 2 weeks prior.

    How can you taper off steroids for 2 weeks prior to the fight? That would mean you're on it during the testing period. :huh........ Idiot!!! Guess its a Michigan thing! :lol:

    Yes, Pac is willing to give in to make the fight. Something your hero isnt willing to do for his fans. Lets see if Floyd creates another hurdle now. :think

    AGAIN-POST MOSLEY FIGHT..

    Its very bias to take one fighter literally and the other not so literal....

    You have to include that Floyd already told him if he take the tests then the fight can happen.

    Yes, I mean, what desired effect could a boxer get out of this?

    Here's something that you have to realize. Let's take an Olympic athlete that is subject to this USADA-type of testing, and they're preparing for a competitive season that leads to the Olympic games -- whether you're an Olympic track athlete, a swimmer, boxer, whatever.

    So that's going to be in an August time-frame, of, let's say, for preparation for the Beijing Olympics in 2008. The year before, October, November, December, January, during those months, they can use anabolic steroids in conjunction with an intense weight training program.

    And they can develop an explosive strength and speed base. That's going to serve them nine months later at the Olympic games. So, in other words, if it's before that fight, all that they had to do before the start of the testing -- I believe on March 22 for a May 1 fight?

    They could have been using testosterone for three months before that date, and the benefits would carry over that five weeks until the fight."

    If Pac goes back on his word and refuses OSDT, then I would be the first to turn my back on him. As for now, he said he's willing to do so and so did Arum. This leave the ball in Floyd's court. He asked for testing, Pac said yes. Lets see if Floyd walks the walk or balks.

    As long as Pacquiao’s camp sticks to what Arum is saying, there’s no reason for this fight not to happen. The only thing that could ruin it is if either fighter loses. Famous last words, right?
