since weighing in on january the second, i have been waking early every morning and doing crunches etc... eating well, lots of fish, chicken vegatables. no snacks or fatty **** like pizza, burgers etc..and of course absolutely no booze. and have also upped my training with a lot more weights etc.. the results so far... 2nd jan weighed in at 85kgs ( 187 llbs) yesterday 79kgs ( 174 llbs) so 13 llbs in just over three weeks, the top set of my abs are now showing through and i feel unbelievably good:good
my workout is.. every morning 100 weighted crunches on the swiss ball and ten mins light shadow boxing, just to wake me up monday night 2-3 mile run followed by 30 mins weights workout focused on chest and arms. tuesday night boxing class, 5-10 rounds sparring 20 mins skipping, various bag, mitts workouts. wednesday cricket nets. thursday as tuesday. friday, nothing. saturday 15-20 mile bike ride, very hilly, ****ing hard work:yep sunday gentle weights, not a lot really.. :good
Since everyone is being so supportive, I think I'll go against the grain. You're still a fat ****, stuey, ha ha ha.
cheers fella's, mr small, my weight is now down to 77! amazes me, its only since 1st jan and that is 8 kilos. getting a bit grumpy now though, i am not seeing a lot of progress in terms of a six pack, just getting a bit impatient i think.... its not really a weight kurt, its just being as cut as i can get...
