Firstly, i think its been shown that that wasn't the cover.

Secondly, what was the last book you wrote? have you ever written anything of 138 pages in length? i can tell you, i wrote a dissertation that was about 35 pages long and that was a real ball ache. 138 pages is a fair bit of work.

Thirdly, why does it matter how many pictures are in it? can you not read properly? need little pictures to keep your interest?

Look, we acted kind of mean towards the author, so it's only fair we get insulted back. But in our defence, some of us are pretty accomplished at our jobs, and would or could do a better book.
