My co-host Nick Powers training with Jeff Mayweather: what does he need to work on?

    Alight skill set, he needs to work on his foot work, speed and become a bit more toned to get where he wants to be.

    The only thing he needs is more gym-time. IMO I think he would be best fighting at the 201 and under weight class. If he goes over 201, then he'll end up fighting some monsters (big height and weight ratios) in a class that will probably be way out of his league. Honestly if he keeps he's doing (working hard), he'll end up being where he needs & wants to be. I think with the criticism, a lot of the guys here are used to fighting at 152/165ish and are just used to much faster guys, but the speed will come with time and practice.
