    I am unknown today ,but I was my European Country's Greatest fighter and champion. Held 2 titles in my land, and was a World champion also. I had
    126 fights and only lost 3 close fights...Who am I ?

    Loi was european lw & ww champion and jw world champion

    Oh geezus Burt, where do I even begin to google for that.. lol. but mate, that fact is very, very cool, congratulations, if not a wee bit belatedly. I haven't read any posts on this thread, but if they haven't got it, you're gonna have to give me some time...... Oh, By the way Burt,,,,,,,, which decade was it ????... was peerless Jim still around ?...... lol, just pullin yer leg mate. I bet you could still kick some ass.

    Duilio Loi, .... you are wrong about one thing.... the forgotten part, it is a name I've known of for years.... man my hat's off.

    Because you Greg, respect our ancestors. Just as I as a youngster, took heed of what my elders conveyed to me about Benny Leonard, Kid Chocolate, Harry Greb, Les Darcy, Tony Canzoneri,etc, whom they either saw ringside, or read about. Today, I take flack from some posters,berating me when I post about fighters of the past, BEFORE TV. They should form a new Website,called NOW,boxing forum, methinks. :good
