I'm not convinced by this logic at all, most of those wins are against insignificant opposition that's not enough to put him at #5 and 14 spots above Cotto. They're basically the same level of guys Rigo has been fighting recently (if that) for which you've put him down to #10 spot.

    To me it looks selective.

I don't totally disagree with GGG being in the top 10, I can see an argument being made for the lower spots in place of some others but that's about it.

GGG top ten gotta be based mostly off his projected talent ceiling, no?

Kind of like how high school sports prospects are rated...their projected talent ceiling.

Several things I disagree with but overall a good list.

Stand out disagreements include Bradley, Rigondeaux, and Estrada being too low.

Froch and Marquez both need to be removed for inactivity.

Miguel Angel Cotto beat up, knocked out and humiliated the MW champion of the world and p4p candidate Sergio Martinez after his loss.

Alexander Povetkin did nothing but beat up bums after losing to Klitschko, and Brook has done nothing at all to warrant his place. Broner is about to beat his best opponent despite climbing up 4 weight divisions.

Garcia at that spot despite defeating every man he has faced is a joke.

It is for these reasons why I cannot take this list seriously.

I like the lower weight guys , great call on Ionue.

Brook way too high , needs to beat somebody good first.

    Also remove Hopkins.

I rate GGG's opposition higher than most, Rubio was on a decent run since barely losing to JCCJr., Murray as much as I dislike him personally did put up a hell of a fight against a far less shot version of Martinez than the one Cotto fought, I think Willie is a very good fighter and I ranked him fairly highly.

Cotto has 2 losses in his last 5 matches and that should count against him. The Geale win means less because it was at a catchweight, GGG's wasn't therefore it means more. Cotto beating a shell of Martinez who was a cripple, no ifs ands or buts about it, he was shot to ****. Yet GGG beat Murray who drew or had a close loss to a decent Sergio that counts for more.

I'm not just being mean to Cotto because I dislike him I dislike Mayweather, and Rigondeaux as well. But Cotto's last two wins should have asterisks over them and 2 back to back losses and a win over Delvin Rodriguez doesn't mean very much.

Hopkins wins over Cloud, Murat and Shumenov are worth more than going life and death with Provo, looking bad against Chaves and losing to Pacquiao twice. Hopkins still could pull an upset or two efore its all over.

Brook's win over Porter is being underrated, the Dan and Gavin stoppages were impressive, I don't think they're top tier by any means but solid B-Level fighters, both could easily beat Collazo or give Alexander a run for his money.

Good list.bradley and Marquez should not be that far behind pacquiao.frampton, cotto,Garcia, yamanaka around where they should be.rigo possibly is too high on some of these lists so I am ok with him around tenth.

The magnitude of Froch's last fight should buy him a 3 year extended stay on the list. :deal Did you hear what happened?
