lol That is what happened. My favorite single moment was probably Chico spitting out his mouthpiece but consider had he not done that and lost that fight, they wouldn't have pushed him so hard into those fights that he lost and he may not have crashed his bicke recklessly?? Nobody can know for sure but it's something I've thought about. If I could go back and advise him do not spit it out. :nono
el chino breaking broners uterus from the backside was the greatest event in the boxing universe, angels sang.
when pacman and cotto traded in round 4 pacman hitting cotto with all those combinations steward saying"unbelievable" and how pac stayed on the ropes spun cotto round and hit him with a big left sent cotto flying to the other side of the ring my gosh that was great........that's only on of my fav moments
October 30th, 1974... Round 8 Ali counter Foreman to get out of the corner, combo ...connects and down goes Foreman....Ali holding the right hand high and not throwing it to observe what was a thing of beauty!! Close circuit in PR, around 1:30am!! Yes!'
Being picked back up off the canvas by Jose Luis Castillo after he'd walked thru my straight L hand and drove a counter L hook to my rib cage and a R hand off the top of my head. I couldnt breathe for almost 2 minutes. But it will probably always be my favorite moment. Close second was dropping David Estrada with a lead L hand. Flash KD, and he got up and finished out 6 minutes in pure domination, but just being used as a punch bag by 2 of the best fighters of the last era are highlights of my life. :yep:yep
Tyson KO1 Spinks other fine moments Matthysse TKO3 Peterson Froch SD12 Dirrell (most 'deserved' undeserved home town verdict ever) Foreman KO10 Moorer Brewer TKO4 Guerrero (because I predicted that to happen while others called me nuts)
I think the feeling of electricity you get in the moments leading up to what you know is going to be an epic matchup. The moments at ringside right before TFOC must have been insane. Fights like Arguello-Pryor, Leonard-Hearns, Duran-Leonard, the anticipation was so crazy you could practically taste it. I don't get that feeling for anybody today.
