Kevin Kingpin Johnson beat Julius Long last night on points. In the last rd he had Long down twice. This could be an indication, that the Kingpin has found Power.

All that his missing from Kingpins arsenal is a punch and once he learns how to throw a punch he will rule the heavyweights.

that's certainly generous to johnson. good luck to him but i just don't see the skills. he's a decent combination puncher, solid defense but just doesn't do anything well enough to rule the heavyweights...****, i don't see him beating arreola

My favourite American Heavyweight was on the same card, he is the Americans best chance for a world title.

Johnson stunk the place up last night. He couldn't even KO that 7 foot doofus Long with his trunks halfway down his ass. At one point an exhausted Julius Long leaned on the ropes and kept asking Johnson to hit him and gave Johnson 3 free shots at his chin, none of which even came close to dropping the giant clown. Johnson couldn't crack tissue paper and he's a joke who ran the whole fight vs Vitali, what a goofball.

I do like Seth Mitchell, bit too old to make an impact unless he steps up this year though
Fred Allen is one I'd like to see something of though

I like Boswell too, but he is 41 years old and fought limited opposition. Oliver McCall might even have a better chance at winning a title as of now, but I do like Bos.

I still think Deonte Wilder can develop into a even more promising prospect. He could put on a little muscle, but he is still young and pretty new to the pros. I like that they are taking their time and developing him, but they need to start putting him in tougher now against guys that can at least take him 8 rounds. 14 fights and 20 total rounds isnt a good thing.

    Deontay Wilder, American Hype

Sums up my feelings on Wilder, he's going no where any time soon...unless he gets dropped. He's learning nothing and yet for some reason people seem to think he'll be a world beater. He's another David Rodriguez.
