Good movement but seriously, keep the hands up and chin down.

What weight are you? You seem very skinny (not in a bad way)
You have good head movement for being tall, and your straight punches looked pretty nice.
Quite impressed, I think the main bad points were not keeping your hands up and chin down (as the other guy said) and I think you hessitate too much before throwing hooks

    Great work and great post.

Not to knock you, but man that stuff you were doing would have a good Boxing coach putting you out of the gym for a week or two. You should REALLY focusing on learning to Box before you do all that showboating.

You had a massive height advantage. If a guy had a longer reach and was a bit more persistent? You might have been laid out or eating a ton of shots. Get your hands up and stop leaning back with just your waist. If you want to fight using the head movement and lowered hands? Dedicate yourself to using a Philly shell and at least keep your chin down and in your shoulder and your rear hand up.

I hope you don't run into any Mexicans out that way, hahaha.

Lol you dont know how right you are my fight years ago I fought a mexican everything was going good till I gassed out. And yea I keep my lead hand much higher and cover my chin with my shoulder.

Do you have any ways to help with stamina I find that I gas out around the end of the second round 2min each

You roll with the punches really well...but...then you stand straight up with your hands down.

Someone is going to hit you very hard with a hook soon. Some great movement but after you have rolled either get out of there, stay low, or put your hands up.

I speak from experience Brotha. Tough determined Mexicans are Slick (Black) Pure Boxer kryptonite! Best opponents you can get though. They help you develop coolness under pressure and the ability to sit in the pocket and think. If you can effectively work with them? Not much can keep you from getting work against anyone.

Not sure what to say to you. Since you are fighting amateur it is all about moving your hands. Fighting tired just makes you better. As a Boxer I know you are doing what you need to in the gym to continue to get better, so time will handle the stamina. Might as well lay it all on the line now and test the boundaries of your stamina.

For an amateur "fighting in spots/spurts" isn't really much of an option. Being "OK" and letting a guy pitty-pat you might let you rest, but could just as easily lose you rounds. Worry about not gassing in the pros. :good

keep your chin down and hands up. you´re predictable and are ducking too far down. your opponent doesn´t have the experience to uppercut you when you do that. also, being tall, you should concentrate on the jab. there´s no reason for your opponent to come in on you like that. if you were shorter or your opponent had more experience, you would´ve probably been knocked on your ass. you kept you distance well. but you need to keep your hands up after throwing punches.
