As I said, he was being sloppy early, once I told him to cut that **** out, he threw the combonation we had worked on in our last sparring session on Saturday with Oliver, who is about the same height as the kid he fought. its normal to be off when your still new
This content is protected you wanted it black and white here you go...... if he ever becomes the champ i want this back and signed!!! :happy congrats to you and the kid man !
Thanks man, That shot sounded like he hit him with a bat, from where I was anyhow. I know as soon as it landed it was over
Thanks! I just got a call from the kid he says he feels bad for knocking him out, cus his family was there, I told him thats normal to feel that way, but he wouldnt have felt that way about you, I can promise you that, I had to remind him how the man was mad dogging him prior to the bell sounding, and how he basicly disrespected him by trying to go after him and knock him out. Good he dont feel so bad any more he remembers now that the kid was mad dogging him.:good
Watch his legs all the way to the end of the fight even when he comes to our corner after the fight, he was on ***** street and yes its much different in the amatures. However watch his legs they were gone Look at his eyes in this shot This content is protected
Oh I know they would have been jumping up and down like crazy, and Matthew should know that as well. I felt bad for the kid becuase his corner were ****ing idiots like I said they would have allowed him to continue like that had the ref not stopped it, they didnt even bring a bag of ice which is required per the rules according to USA boxing.
Exactly, he isnt scared to be hit though he just trys to get away from the right hand and load up his, which is why he looked sloppy early once he stopped that **** he won.
Good fight. You don't usually see knockouts like that in the amateurs. Looks like your kid has got some pop. Say, which one of the guys in the corner was you - the one with the hair or without??
