Overall it was a good technical fight Both fighters were ready floyd pulled away late from PAC. The fight was 5 years to late but a thats life Manny came to fight he did a lot of a decent work some nice straight lefts vs floyd but his work was not great. really the thing that won floyd the fight for me was his jab i also felt manny should have used more head movement and pressured more but he had overall good defense i must say last night from PAC. I scored the fight 7-5 for Floyd i could see 8-4 in alot of the rounds yes floyd did block some of Mannys shots on the ropes but still floyd did not work at times at all and they still gave him the round? Come on now I will never be able to see 10-2 or 9-3 in favor of floyd that 118-110 scorecard was awful Manny was never going to win without a KO on dave morettis card. But it is what it is Floyd still won the PAC vs Floys Saga is closed forever I hope to see Manny Retire there is no need to keep fighting he has made money and nobody can ever take this way from him he was a world champion in 8 divisions and a true ATG One of the best to ever do it i hope he moves on from the sport. As for Floyd He is the best of his era yes i feel the fight vs PAC was late but they both agreed to fight last night and Floyd won He is a ATG But he will never be TBE in my eyes he does not have the resume or to me the skills to be a top 10 fighter or top 20 he is a top 30 to 50 fighter of all time. But to close this I know at the end of the day Im really going to miss Manny Pacquiao and Floyd when they retire and I know boxing will miss them to.
