It was my first actual fight out of gym. I did a lot of hard sparrings in my gym but even then this was a completely different experience, at least for me. Just so you know, it wasn't an actual amateur bout, but it felt so much different than the ones in the gym (for me) so I thought of this more like an amateur fight.

It was three 1 minute rounds. I felt like I could've done more if it wasn't this short. I couldn't do most of the things that I did in the gym. Like more bodywork or headmovement.

What do you think? What do you think I lacked and what can I do more next time to improve myself more?

Tuck your chin in more. Throw more double jabs then right hands. Head movement before and after you throw punches. Good on you for having a crack at it.

cracked him w/ the rear hand at around the 48 sec mark, nice. What the other guy said, + get lighter on your feet. You drag your rear foot at times.
Most people would never step into the ring and fight. Good job

Yes. It wasn't an actual bout. I wrote it down. But it felt much different than the normal sparrings I do in the gym so I wrote like that.

A competitive spar, nothing wrong with that.

At least you're in there doing it.

Chin down more, and don“t always move in and out in straight lines - try to take angles more often and to circle out.
You dont have to be like Lomachenko, or Willie Pep, but you can do a lot with just 20% of their footwork.

Willie Pep used his feet a lot, but at times he only took very little steps. Jack Slack has a great video on him:
