I have to lose 14 -20 lb. I work out a 6 days a week (25+ rounds/1.5-2 hours). I am not sure if I am eating right for my goals.
This is what I am doing today. Let me know if I am on the right track.
7 am- a pack of oat meal
9 am-PB and Banana sandwich on wheat
    11 am-4 oz roast/ .5 patatoe
1-pm-PB and Banana sandwhich on wheat
    3-pm 4 0z steak/.5 cup white rice
    5pm-3 egg white

    7pm work out
    run one mile
3 rounds circling the ring with hand weights
    3 rounds shadow boxing
    3 rounds slip bag
    3 rounds heavy bag
    6 rounds light sparring
6 rounds focus mitts (three on technique/3 speed)
    (2) 30 second drills on the heavy bag

I will then do 5x5 sets of various leg weight excersises.

Dinner will be (2) yogurts and some steak.
    Any info/suggestions would be appreciated.

Try using this from my other post.

    To maintain/gain/lose weight:

    Example:

    1. 172 (my weight) x 11 = 1892
    2. 1892 (cals from first answer) x 0.50 (activity factor) = 946
    3. 1892+946=2838

So I'd have to eat 2838 calories per day to maintain my weight. To gain weight add 250 cals, to lose weight take away 250 cals.

    Activity Factors -

Generally Sedentary (0.30) - Desk job, little exercise
Somewhat Active (0.40) - exercise an hour a day, walking etc
Really Active (0.50) - heavy weight routines 3-4 times a week
Off The Chart (0.75) - hard sport training, football, boxing, basketball daily

Honestly man, as long as your are eating good (3-6 meals a day), staying away from junk, working out 5-6 days a week (for at least 1 to whatever hours), and getting proper sleep (7-8 hours), you should no problem what so ever losing weight with you current regime, especially because your using boxing as your exercise portion.
Just don't give up and keep at it, goodluck.
