Oh damn, Guerrero vs. Clottey in their primes would've actually been a really fun match-up...

That would be awesome, I don't see why it still can't happen, Robert could probably make 154 easily.

:-(I like Pacquiao a lot but this is just desperate. You don't have to denigrate fighters who lost to Floyd to make your guy look better, its very disrespectful to the sport.

Especially since Robert was more competitive against Floyd than Marquez, who KTFO6 Pacquiao

Don't waste your breath. Sometimes I feel like I was the only person who saw Pac KTFO by Marquez because no one else seems to remember it.

Now to Clottey. Yes IB. I think that would be a good fight against the ghost. How do you think he stacks up against Thurman?

Very strong fighter that would give you a very tough fight. As already stated he was a big risk for low reward. Too strong for his own good.

As Danny, the above poster has already stated, this is old news. Not sure why there is a post about this as everybody knew years ago that Clottey was a beast.

Slightly past it Zab, followed by shot Chico, followed by prime unbeaten Gutierrez (tied with old, hot n cold and erratically weight-jumping Mundine)

Clottey was a beast, can't help to think he was paid off because he was no where near him self against PAC. He even did a bad job of loosing, any time he wanted to he would land on PAC. Terrible obvious dive.

Pacquiao beat him to the punch everytime. Pacquiao has always looked good against guys that come forward, he's just not as good against guys that counterpunch. That's why Pacquiao did so well for a long time because he was fighting good guys, but they all came foward and he just beat them to the punches all the time.
