Press ups are great for the arms shoulders and chest but he must have done something like chin ups and or shoulder shrugs for his traps.

plus he's not doing the ridiculous amounts of cardio these guys do all the time for 12 round fights - there's just a different shape and consistency to the muscle, but once again I think he's just "swole" with blood from resistance training but that he's not more than a few pounds heavier - the peaks on everything look higher and more filled with blood than we are used to seeing because Floyd's primary conditioning is a mix between anaerobic sprinting movements, skill drills, and actual roadwork, and he probably just couldn't be assed to run around his cell for hours everyday.

He would probably look more muscular his whole life if he worked out less, as weird as that sounds. He's not naturally muscular like Roy was when he used to make 160, but he is a naturally athletic guy anyway.

People are making assumptions about Floyd based on one pic? The guy has a lot of jail house muscles. He'll lose a lot of that with his boxing work outs. I think he will have no problem making 147.

He looks great, but no way does he fight at 160 judging by this picture. Floyd is like 5'7 and has pretty thin legs. Somebody post a pic of Andre Berto flexing his upper body when he makes 147, Victor Ortiz upper body at 147, Tim Bradley at 140. Post pics of there legs, and then look at somebodies like Pac's.
Floyd is to small to fight at 160. Only way he fights Martinez would be at 154, and Martinez is a bit small compared to most 160 pounders.

He's not huge, look how tiny his frame is. Reminds me of when people were going on about how Lacy looked like a heavyweight. It's like people think everyone is the same size and the amount of muscle you have determines your weight.
He looks the same as always you spastics, he was lean before and he's lean now. Do you think a little bit of a swollen look around his shoulders equates to 10 pounds of muscle? ****ing idiots.

Floyd has never weighed more than 153 in his life. He isn't any bigger now.
