    I'm a numerology guy so I love numbered lists. It's a good topic. Really scrambles the brain finding the best fighters of the last 30 years. Maybe Tim Bradley can squeak in at the low level.

    Bradley is underrated. kind of like WW Holyfield but with less power and not quite as good of a chin,but good boxer, tons of heart but sometimes forgets the gameplan and starts brawling
    and of course the shiny bald head that should probably be covered with a third glove for his opponents safety

    No Orlando Canizalez? And where do you put Buddy McGirt? There are guys on that list that would not match up well with him; at the least he would give them career defining fights.

    If Naseem Hamed makes it then Gennady Golovkin should have qualified by now also.
    You could also make a case for Kovalev assuming you credit him with a 'W' for the Ward fight.
    I would drop Haye, Fury has achieved more.
