Stevenson has that one hit quit and it is entirely possible that he could lay kovalev out and vice versa anyone that says otherwise DKSAB!!

Stevenson is tricky and awkward so he will cause Kovalev problems, but he is one dimensional so i expect a good boxer with great timing and judgement, like Kovalev does, to take over and either stop Stevenson or win by comfortable UD.

 

No, he really doesn't, he hit dawson who's very chinny and dawson was still up before 10. And that was the best shot chickenson has the capability to land. He really won't get that shot off to begin with. He'll be on the defensive from the instant the bell sounds.

Now if chickenson was some beast that had proven he can trade fire with the best of them, I'd agree, anything can happen. Just can't happen between these two 2.

I think if (Doubtful) we ever get the chance to see them together, in a civilized manner, you'd understand just how great the gap in physical size is and you'd rethink things.

Chickenson is small compared to pascal and kovalev is not only dwarfing them, he fights in a manner that makes him a huge opponent. I don't think we have to discuss this hypothetical , very far stretch thinking that maybe happens.

Literally, no chance unless Adonis starts fighting and actually beating better than Boone and bika level journeyman, which I think he peaked years ago.

Stevenson has too many defensive flaws and is predictable with his offense. He is dangerous in the first 4 rounds, and Kovalev will toy with him after that.

 

Basically. And that's being generous. Chickenson has a big right but if it doesn't land early he is done and I doubt he sees round 5. Kovalev just a way more complete fighter.
