It is true that the bookies odds compilers expect Mayweather to beat Pacman, they will have taken into consideration that Mayweather has been retired for the best part of 2 years and is making a comeback at the age of 32 yet they still make him favourite to beat a 'prime' Pacman, the reason being and I am not been disrespectful to Pacman or his fans, is they think Mayweather is better than him. Considering that Mayweather is also a multi weight champion just like Pacman, considering Mayweather has won every single pro fight he has ever had, when Manny has lost 3 times and had 2 draws, considering Mayweather is seen as better than Pacman head to head, hence Mayweather being favourite to beat Pacman if they fight, considering that Mayweather is a slicker more technically skilled boxer than Pacman, how can Pacman be rated by lots of people on this board as been higher on their 'All Time Great' lists {miles higher in some cases} If both Mayweather and Pacman were to retire tomorrow, Mayweather would be just inside my ATG top 50 and Pacman would be outside my ATG top 50, that was the motivation behind the 'Experts Expect Mayweather to Beat Pacman' thread, to demonstrate that the odds compilers, {experts in boxing in this case} think that Mayweather is better than Pacman, so why do people think that Pacman is a top 20 ATG and Floyd top 75 ATG if he his lucky. {Floyd is perceived as better H2H, Floyd is unbeaten, their resumes are similar - its no good saying that Mannys resume is better when he has a defeat against Morales and a draw against Marquez on his resume, losses count even if they are against another elite boxer ?} If Manny can beat Mayweather, Manny will shoot past Mayweather on my ATG list, but if Mayweather beats Pacman, Floyd will be so far ahead of Manny on my ATG list that Pretty Boy will need binoculars to see Pacquiao.
