Im feeling better , still sluggish and when out for a jog i gas quickly and have to walk for a bit , the fitness will take time and will probably go along with the weight loss , i feel less bloated , i reckon by the way i am feeling i expect a weight loss of at least 3-4 pounds

The hunger pains are there at times and i notice its in the evening when i am most tempted to eat extra , i have fruit and some low cal *******s i can eat but i also have plenty of chilled water bottles to sup on , apparently we often mistake thirst for hunger when all we need is a couple of litres of water

It's an effective diet but he should stick to exactly what he's doing now instead of jumping from one method to another.

i work a combination of day and nightshifts so my new plan when on nights is to basically have 12 hours with minimal food , some cereal and a water then off to bed when i get home ,

Before i was eating toast and biscuits threw the night and something cooked sometimes , then home to bed and straight up to more food , bad bad cycle

5 reps or less type weight would be too much. losing some of the benefits of extra reps.

most trainers/documentation recommends 3 sets of 10-15 reps and by the end of the last set u should not be able to do anymore. somewhere between easy and the most u can do. just solid heavy

as for the egg whites, I justify it like this:

carton is about 4 bucks. lasts a few meals. I spend easily 5-10 bucks if I go grab something at work for lunch. so I just bring my lunch instead of doing that, more than works out

Just did the weigh in after my nightshift

bang on 98 kilo , so lost 2.2kg/4.85lbs

Very happy with that for the first weigh in considering its only been 5 days !!!!

Don't mean to crush your spirit, but half of that is likely water weight.

The weight loss might slow down after a while, so don't get discouraged and keep on going.

yeah your probably right. still cool to see that on the scale. losing 5 lbs in a week of actual body fat would be a bit much. 17000 calorie deficit.

and yeah it definitely slows, but I wouldn't focus as much on the weight as I would ur body fat %, how u look, and how u feel.

Ive been a completely ripped athletic machine at 160...and a tub of goo (relatively) that couldn't run half a mile to save my life...also at 160. scale can be misleading.

but def keep it up , and no doubt, ull see results.

That's a very good point right there. The scale just shows numbers- how you look/feel is most important.

for a good indicator of why this is so correct, weigh first thing in the am, then like after dinner. sometimes I see as much as 5 or 6 lb swings.

I like weighing first thing in the am (before breaky!) if im tracking my weight

Yeah bad eating and lack of exercise leads to bad body shape. Now a days most of the people eat too much fast and junk foods that seriously affects the fitness level and body shape. Follow a regular workout plan along with right fitness diet plan to maintain your fitness level in long term.
