I don't mean to be harsh, but there are a few things you do that are really holding you back. Luckily the bulk of it centers around one thing and that is easily corrected if you do the drills and somebody keeps on you about it.
Your feet are way too far apart and too much in-line front to back. That is why you have nothing on your straight left hand, and why you often bring your left foot up when you throw the left. Squaring up like that after a punch will get you nailed; that is what happened to Botha, most notably against Tyson. You, being a southpaw, will find guys sliding to your left to draw your left then nailing you with left hooks when you square up.
That wide stance also makes it almost impossible for you to move other than forward and back, in straight lines. It makes it easy for an opponent to take advantage of you. For example, this guy was able to step around behind you on a couple of occasions but he didn't really take advantage of it by dropping left hands over your right shoulder. And here's the other thing; when he got around behind you, you whirl around to follow him. You need to get low and pivot out because a more experienced boxer will make you whirl and time you. Or, in another case, he'll pressure you, coming straight at you. He could do that because your feet are so wide your left hand has nothing on it. You would have to move straight back, just to get your feet to where you can move away, and he'd be right on top of you.
Boxing movement is movement in circles and your feet, being so far apart, don't allow you to do so. Keep your feet under your shoulders.

Hey mate don't know why you singled me out but here's my take....
I agree to an extent with what greynotsoold said but I think there isn't a problem so much with the wide stance, it allows you to keep your COG low and makes it quicker to complete your punches.... however I do think that you need to be able to vary it with the more traditional shoulder width stance with knees bent, you might find that you'll be able to get more leverage, mobility and snap in that stance.
The more variety in your game the better, you look very comfortable in there but you need to be able to switch things up when someone can match you or outmatch you at your game.
You're a good outside fighter with a good sense of range and timing, you remind of the boxer Demetrius Andrade.
When you're on the inside you need to square up, get your hands up and move side to side throwing hooks with both hands, at the moment you keep your same stance and it just doesn't work on the inside.
You need to feint or use quick footwork to get on the inside and be aggressive, your laid back counter punching style I'm a big fan of but that's beneficial only really from the outside.
The Cubans have had a lot of success with that style when grazing punches often counted but the game has changed over the last few years and now to succeed at the elite level of amateur competition you need to be able to bang on the inside as well.
Obviously you like being the stylist and fighting at a comfortable pace and that's what you're best at so don't change too much imo, just need to add some different punches and combinations to your arsenal. You could not change much and perfect what you do and be the most successful boxer in the world for all I know but in my opinion you need an inside game, throwing hooks with locked elbows and making your opponent feel uncomfortable there as well.
The wide stance is fine from the outside imo and I think you're a very good boxer, I'd be interested to hear what Scrap, Waynesflint and Brown Bomber have to say......

Sorry I'm not lefty but here's my pennies worth. Firstly your good- well done, there is simply no comparison between your video and some of the terrible vids we've seen on here previously. But I think you know that.

I think leftys and greys thoughts pretty much match mine. Nice picking of straight counters, good movement, look fairly well schooled if a little unsure of whether you want to be a smooth boxer or a benn type brawler.

It's hard to tell exactly how good you are as your opponent is your classic never amount to anything decent amateur novice. But here are my suggestions... Firstly your feet are 100% ****ing you up. You are taking away your own left by positioning your feet that way. You make no real attempt to take your lead onto the outside of your opponents and that should be a natural tendancy- it gives you so many advantages.

Your very one paced and your punches lack snap and velocity. They also occasionally lose form I think due to reaching and poor base.. Base is everything.

We're about the same weight and if I was presented with an opponent like you I'd attempt to walk you down.

Good luck though mate good tools to work with for an army boxer.

in terms of handspeed and accuracy You have a good left straight. I spotted it as being quite unpredictable and sharp, except you didnt land it because your legs were too extended and lined up (like some posters have said above). Just a slight tweak in your footwork (shrink your stance a bit) and you'd be able to not only step forward on that cross, but also get more twist over to your right side without bending your entire spine. It seemed to me like it was just a range and positioning issue which would have earned you a few good clean shots. Same problem I had a while ago. Corrected by footwork.

    Anyway, you fight well.
