My last stand: DO NOT BUY HOPKINS-JONES II!

As I was very remorseful for purchasing Pac vs. Clottey, I vowed not to make the same mistake on this fight. I'm glad I didn't.

Im not bad I brought ..When do you get the luxary of two legends fighting each other in boxing ? I was more disapointed with Hopkins performance which was disgraceful to say the least !

 

im done with ppv boxing. The only ppv boxing i would spend money on is if tyson came back. Just for historical reasons and you never know whats gonna happen. Im so pissed, i spent 50$ on these two pieces of ****. I could have bought a new video game or went to a seafood buffet bar!!!****!!!!

thank god i only paid for alcohol during this fight. a friend covered the ppv. i feel sorry for him. This was the WORST boxing match i have ever seen. The undercards were much more entertaing

 

Why did people even spend money on this fight and be mad afterwards? I mean c'mon it's Hopkins-Jones 2 not Gatti-Ward. This will go on my "Fights to Avoid Watching" list along with Pac-Clottey.

PAC VS CLOTTEY WAS MUCH MORE ENTERTAINING. Pac vs clottey was like Holyfield vs Qawi 1 compared tot his geezer fight

i agree. that was a **** fight but the EVENT should not even be compared to it. The EVENT was Shitty of the shittiest.

 

Only just read this thread and i feel the thread starter missed the main point of this totally. He is right about it being a worthless nothing fight that not many people give a **** about though.

The main point for me is this. The people who bought this **** are basically saying to all the boxing promotional companies that it doesn't matter how **** the undercard is, it doesn't matter how **** or irrelevant the main event is, we will just ****ing buy it anyway!

The rubbish cards at ridiculous prices will never stop while people like you guys buy any old crap with your hard earned money. That should of been the main point of this thread.

Obviously you are free to do with your money whatever you wish, but buying ****ing rubbish like this isn't helping boxing in any way at all. You all moan that boxing is dying and one of the main reasons for this is because its almost impossible to get a decent card on free tv these days. That will never change while you guys just open up your arses to be raped with cards like this that had zero relevance in the sport. Zero!
