    That's how it's done apparently.
    Just like all the Oscar hating and no talk of lightweight years, no talk of Mosley's lightweight years either. In other words its very true in boxing that you're only as good as your last fight. In other words, Floyd did have much to prove walking out of a stacked division.

    because if you think that baldo was rated higher than margo your an idiot, my point is that he didn't fight the BEST guys. belt or no belt if you think baldo is or was better than the other top guys your a joke

    Plus try reading my original post, I said the guy is insanely talented, I'm not saying hes a bad fighter just that he has avoided the best guys in his division. I don't knock his fighting style either he's very effective and wins, but he hasn't consistantly done that since his days at 135. And please don't spout this crap about a 5 weight champ. Oscar was DONE long before he fought floyd that belt means nothing. He fought ONE!!!!! legitimate welterweight in Zab thats it just one. Never fought hatton or cotto when he was @ 140 with them no he fought Gatti and brussels. so yea he was great at 135 he is extremly tallented but talent dosen't = ATG the verdict is still out on floyd untill he proves his heart

    Has it ever occured to you that maybe these fighters are scared of Floyd Mayweather Jr?

    When Floyd calls a name he gets no response...now he's not great!

    Cotto never said out of his mouth "I want Floyd Mayweather" Arum wasn't gonna let it happen at 140 probably not gonna let it happen now.

    Hatton felt like why should i fight Floyd when I can fight the top guy in Kostya...you know like Floyd did chose to fight Baldomir instead of Margarito...which was the top guy (Baldomir).

    Mayweather chased Oscar for years and he's still chasing Shane's iffy ass...Floyd isn't scared to fight your favorite fighter your favorite fighter is scared of Floyd...they see that he's insanely talented and they all come together and try to think of a strategy to try and beat him...they even pay his Dad.

    Shane at Oscar's camp for Floyd...Oscar having Mayweather Sr training him previously...Oscar showing up at Hatton's camp...and now Hatton is training with Floyd Sr...

    They're scared of him!

    try counting the top level names on shanes resume and on floyds who has more oh yea its shane. Yea he may have lost to a few of them but he never ducked anyone, and hatton did call out mayweather at 140 so get your facts straight floyd said the fight wasn't big enough yet.

    Margo had a belt longer than any of the other champs and was a bigger threat to mayweather so why fight baldomier? I think floyd would have beat margo too but that dosen't change the fact that he fought baldo instead. the question is why fight a lesser fighter and come on you know baldo is a lesser fighter when there are better fights out there?
