I think if he beats Floyd you can certainly bring up this question without a doubt but for now its still too early. Hes still impressive though, 2 years ago I would have laughed in your face if you said Pac would demolish Clottey and break down Cotto.

Not only would he give Pacquiao problems, he would win the fight.

Pac's beat a weight drained Oscar, an over-trained and past his peak Hatton, a Cotto who has never been the same since Margarito and a coward in Clottey.

Mayweather doesn't get hit and picks his shots. He would win a UD against Pacquiao

 

Mosley has the chin, strength, power, and speed to beat Pacquiao in a war. Mayweather has the intelligence, placement of punches, counter punching, defense, and speed necessary to outbox Pacquiao.

Both are very capable of beating him. Pac can't be counted out at all tho, but I wouldn't bet on him in either of these matchups.
