I think Mayweather is the only probable one to beat Pacquiao. Mosley and Williams would probably lose to Pacquiao. The rest will lose.

I don't know. It's still a toss-up between floyd and pac as for the best welterweight. You can't really judge a fighter due to a few struggles here and there. Floyd struggled for 4 rounds against Judah. This doesn't mean Floyd all of a sudden has a huge weakness. I think a challenging win is a plus because it means a fighter is able to overcome adversity. MMA fighter Fedor Emelianenko almost always struggles at some point yet nobody has found a way to beat him. Same with Floyd as of now.

By the way, lucky body shot aside, I don't think anybody can knock out Pac. He's never really been staggered. Perhaps wobbled a bit but never in danger of becoming knocked out by a head shot. It pays dividends to have a huge head.

I think Mosley has the perfect style to beat Pac. Pac might have the mentality since he destroyed Cotto he can keep Mosley humble, so that might work to Mosley's advantage. I think Mosley would pullout a split decision or a tko of Pac. He won't be as active, but he can probably outmuscle and wear down Pac with some body shots. I don't think Pac will cover up and invite Mosley to throw bodyshots like he did with Cotto and Clottey.
