    Full body routines are a lot more effective for sports training.

    agreed that they are probably more efficient for your body but i hafe been lyed off 4 a few months woth injury so im tryin 2 build my muscle back up to the level it was at, usually suits me better when i do that.

    To each his own. If you've found something that is effective for you, there is no reason to go about changing it now. Once you do get through the injuries though, you may want to take a look at some of Chad Waterbury's routines.
