    If Dawson beat down Diaconu I would admit Im wrong. If he beat Pavlik, I would admit Im wrong. Its just a prediction. I believe dawsons career is going to come tumbling down in a ball of fire.

    I bet 100 that dawson would get beat and another 100 he would get knocked out.

    If he dominates Johnson I would not be surprised thoe.

    Heres the main reason I think this is a good bet. South paw and right hand, same reason I am picking Hop to beat cal.


    Weak chin. Johnson will use the same strategy he did with RJJ. I think its a good bet and a good chance Dawson gets knocked out (check out the odds for that btw, real nice).

    I don't understand what your saying in the first part.....typically BEING a southpaw is a nice little advantage.

    And I don't see any reason to question Dawsons chin, like a lot of people do. Where does that come from? I have seen him take some flush shots without faltering. By no means am I proclaiming it iron or anything, but I see no reason to call it "shaky or weak"

    Only an idiot see this fight as a 50-50 fight. If you have watched any of Dawsons fights then its obvious he is the heavy favorite here. Hopkins vs Calzaghe is not a 50-50 fight either...Hopkins is 43 and has been on slide for at least 3 years now. The odds reflect the actual odds.

    I'm with you on the Calzaghe fight, I don't see it as 50/50. Hopkins has a nonexistent workrate these days and Calzaghe throws nearly 100 punches per round. Hopkins isn't a huge puncher, so I'd throw the "punchers chance" out the window. Maybe he cuts Calzaghe with a headbutt or uses some other dirty tactics (like an elbow) to win the fight (ugly). But how I see it; Calzaghe UD, probably 8 rounds to 4, or 9 rounds to 3.

    I'd take Hopkins if the line was like 5:1 or something.

    However I could see Dawson losing. Maybe it's not 50/50, but I'd say more like 60/40, so the 3:1 odds are a good bet. The thing is Johnson's style could really make Dawson uncomfortable, he never stops throwing and if Dawson doesn't take the pressure well, he will lose. However I believe Dawson has a lot of talent and he has enough experience to win. If he keeps Glen off him, he should win a pretty clear UD.

    Guys ive got £100 ($200) on Johnson to beat Dawson.

    Im really confident about it, Johnson for the ko most likely.

    I'll be even more confident if Pavlik vs Calzaghe is made. Im gonna bet the house if that happens.

    Well my boy Johnson lost. At least thats what the judges said.

    If I had to do it all over again I would.

    Dawson did impress me a little by not going down for the count. But it was more because a 39 YO glen johnson was tired as hell and could'nt finish him.

    Dawson has all the skill in the world, but he is one punch shy of retirement imo.

    I don't particularly think that Glen was even hitting him all that hard. Dawson simply has no chin.

    Diacno would probably send him into a coma.

    Now we know why the Dawson camp is avoiding Diaconu.
