    Silva is light years beyond Sonnen but he has a decent shot. Machida is still a great fighter

    No one is going to ground and pound Silva, and that's Sonnen's only chance.

    Machida can still be great bets lets be honest, that mystique is gone.

    Silva on the otherhand is hanging by a thread.

    Once Sonnen takes that scrawny ass of his down and he realizes that he can neither submit him or get back on his feet, he is done.

    I still regard Anderson Silva as a top 2 or 3 p4p MMA fighter.... a couple of boring performances dont cancel out the great ones, especially when he has dominated every UFC opponent to date.

    Even Shogun will have his work cut out vs Anderson... in fact Rua is the only man Id pick over Silva from 205 downwards & I think it could be a tight fight, a points job perhaps.

    Also... as far as Machida goes, losing to Shogun doesnt mean you are not top level p4p stuff.... just take a look at the names on Rua`s record, there`s loads of great fighters that got there ass leathered by Shogun, no disgrace there at all. Machida would still beat every 205 guy out there except for Rua & Silva IMO.
