My new bulking training regime

  1. Diet:

    Breakast - Bowl of coco pops. Mars bar. Can of Lilt. Two banana fritters dipped in honey.

    Snack - Packet of Wotsits.

    Lunch - Cheese burger, chips, beans. Can of Chappie on toast. A packet of Maltesers. Can of Fanta.

    Snack - Packet of Scampi Fries

    Dinner - Chicken pizza (protein), plate of chips, more beans. Pudding of chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream.

    Exercise -

    Morning : 10 roly polys on the kitchen floor. 5 star jumps. 10 second hand stand.

    Afternoon: 5 minute light jog. 1 minute pawed rangefinder jab shadow
    boxing.

    Evening: A game of curling.


    What do you think? Advice would be appreciated. :deal

    Have you tried GOCAD (Gallon of cola a day)? Add that to your diet and you'll be a ****ing monster by the end of this year
