Mosley on the other hand, had a good reign as champ at 135, moved straight up to 147 to beat top p4p and arguably best fighter in the division to become proper CHAMPION. He also won the unified belts in 154. Then went back down to 147 and at 37 beat a man who should have been holding the ibf(but was stripped) and wba titles. So mosley has proven himslef multiple times, while cotto still has not. thats why

I put Mosley at 5 but I am not happy with that. However the top 15-17 could really be switched around quite a lot..

i wouldn't mind that...but montiel is still untested in his new division much like how guzman and campbell slide down big time in the rankings

There is no way in hell Miguel Cotto would be left out of the top 10. 5 is a good spot for him in my opinion.

For a fighter that has never taken a belt from a champion, or that has never actually been "the champion" "the man" or "undisputed" in any of his divisions. I have a hard time seeing him up at 5, or even in the top 10.

Yeah, and Donaire has done NOTHING since the Darchinyan fight....shouldn't even be in the top 20 IMO.

i would still put him in the top 20...i balance overall ability and recent accomplishment in a p4p list...that is why is it a crime to put juanma lopez 10-15 places below caballero

I take proven tested ability aka a fighters record, over potential ability (seen against lesser opponents). Thats why a fighters record is so important, its the best indicator of abiliity against top competition.

Well DOnaire has good ability but no accomplishments as of late....Cabellero beat a top 5 guy in Molitor which is more than anything JuanMa has done lately. I'd put Caballero five places above JuanMa (Celestino about 11th/12th, JuanMa about 15th/16th)

Mijares is super talented and has beaten better opposition recently than Donaire, even if he has lost his last two. Top 20 P4P at the moment? No, and neither is Donaire.
