Pac wouldn't lose a round. he'd lose his ****in life.

Cotto whips this fool 10 times out of 10. And I can't ****in wait. You guys have bought into the hype. Ricky Hatton is a bum. Cotto is a world-class fighter who looked a little vulnerable against a 170 lb. beast.

    He gon' learnya. Just wait.

I couldn't disagree with that. But, Clottley said Cotto hits harder than Margarito. I think Pacman could be under-estimating Cotto a bit, even though, I still got Pac winning the fight.

IMO, cotto will find it very hard to slip punches to the speedster pacman who darts in and out. and the fact that cotto is not fond of clinching, pac's speed and continuous movement will frustrate cotto even more. plus pac's punch accuracy when delivering a barrage of combinations to cotto who doesn't have an airtight defense and is open to uppercuts as well will somewhat spell big trouble for the much bigger cotto. I pick packy to win by referee stoppage either at a catchweight of 144-145 or at the welter limit of 147.

Do you guys think Pac can stand up to Cotto's punches?
I think Cotto will have to much power for Pacman.

Whatever...another Pacquiao blowout and a fight with Mosley goes down the tubes. Just how bad would Shane Mosley look if Cotto goes out on a stretcher?

Weren't you just calling Cotto a bum a few months earlier? Oh, its cause you were still sour graping over a close decision loss.

Very good post. That said, I don't think that Cotto will be able to handle Pacquiao's speed. Pac by tko.

Did you honestly think that Hatton was a bum before his fight with Pacquiao?

True, Cotto is bigger than Pacquiao but I won't underestimate Pacquiao's punches. The Pacquiao that we see can now box. He is no longer a one-dimensional one-handed fighter. He has a lot of lateral movement. He can also counter punch. Hatton and Diaz were both countered by a left hook. Baiting Pacqquiao into slugfest will be Cotto's biggest mistake. If they brawl Pacquiao will have the advantage because of his inhuman speed. The best way for Cotto to win is to pick his punches.

When did Pacquiao show weakness to left jabs?

If they fight at 147 or 145 or 144, Pacquiao will only hydrate to approximately 148. On the other hand Cotto will probably hydrate between 150-160.

I think Pac can beat Cotto, but it's not 100%.

I don't think Pac can stop Cotto, mainly because Cotto's defense is better than some people give credit for. Cotto's defense looked good against Judah and Mosley. Cotto is more verstaile than Hatton and loves to fight on the inside, while Hatton just holds and hit. Not to mention his basic fundamentals are more solid than Hatton. Cotto isn't just a come forward brawler, he can box backwards too. Cotto can box and be a counter-puncher if he needs to.

I've called Cotto a lot of things. But bum has never been one of them.

You guys can sit here and analyze all you want. The point is, Pac has never seen close to the type of fighter Cotto is. Cotto has taken punches much better than those Pac could deliver. Pac would get his head knocked off.

But go ahead. Suit yourself. I will let you have your opinion.
