sometimes ratings are about respect garnered from fighting the best possible fighters that you can - and if marquez got both pac results who would begrudge him p4p 1?

hell, there's even a debate about it now.

you said marques hasnø't beaten a top 10 p4p fighter yet, but if you compare who he has fought -and how they fought - top 10 p4p fighters in their prime their is no contest.

it's a mythical rating, sure, but respect and understanding go a long way when you look at a fighters record.

I think I should maybe have Wlad in there at number 19 and push Hatton or Dawson out, for now. Until Dawson beats Tarver or Hatton beats Malignaggi (both big "ifs" for me), Wlad is the more dominant champion. Other than that possible temporary revision, I'm happy with my list.

 

WHY IS HOPKINS A P4P TOP TEN FIGHTER?! IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE! A FIGHTER LOSING 3 OF 5 FIGHTS BEING ABOVE A FIGHTER (HATTON) LOSING ONCE AGAINST THE BEST FIGHTER IN THE WORLD AT THE TIME?!
