By the way your list is the worst I've ever seen.

How can Camacho be ahead of Pedroza - well how can Pedro not make the list at all? How close is Pintor considering Chandler is there?

And perhaps worst of all - WTheF is Spinks?

    Ultimate p4p list 1970-2002 revised

    Hagler
    Roy Jones
    Alexis Arguello
    Ali
    Bob Foster
    Roberto Duran
    Napoles
    Larry Holmes
    Victor Galindez
    Ruben Olivares
    Salvador Sanchez
    Micheal Spinks
    Cuevas
    Aaron Pryor
    Hearns
    George Foreman
    McCallum
    Terry Norris
    Pernell Whitaker
    Jeff Chandler
    Camacho
    Mike Tyson
    JC Chavez
    DLH
    Ray Leonard
    Julian Jackson

Sorry but Pedroza couldn't make it. The draw with Taylor soured me on him, the two robberies with Lockridge, that sort of thing.

Pintor would be a worth addition. Where should I put him?

    Getting better :good

Bit of a hard call on Pedro. I scored both Lockridge fights for him as did many experts. At worst one of those could be called a draw in which case he retains anyway. As for the draw with Taylor - if memory serves me right the super fast Taylor ran all night and did bugger all offensively. He really didn't draw that fight unless memory fails me.

Personally i'd have Pintor before Terry but to each their own. Foreman, regardless of one great win and achievement needs to be scrutinised. Is one of the greatest wins in history enough due to it's circumstancial nature? Are we rewarding age too much?

Galindez will have to be eased out too IMO. Saad might rate ahead, i'll have to rethink. I will have a deep look tonight and make a few suggestions further. Julian Jackson must be in by the skin of his teeth.

These lists are harder than they look. I forgot Saad. Somebody's got to go.

    Hagler
    Roy Jones
    Alexis Arguello
    Ali
    Bob Foster
    Roberto Duran
    Napoles
    Larry Holmes
    Victor Galindez
    Saad Muhammud
    Salvador Sanchez
    Micheal Spinks
    Cuevas
    Aaron Pryor
    Hearns
    George Foreman
    McCallum
    Terry Norris
    Pernell Whitaker
    Jeff Chandler
    Camacho
    Mike Tyson
    DLH
    Ray Leonard
    Julian Jackson

I can't put Pedroza in with this group, certainly not replacing Camacho. Hector was a 3 time world champion and never knocked out. Pedroza been stopped and has no real speed or power. Sometimes got gift decisions.

John I recommend Galindez-Rossman 1 and 2 if nothing else for entertainment value. It was towards the end of his title reign but give him credit, he prevailed in the rematch. Mike fought a great fight in the first and cut him to ribbons but Vic would not be denied in a rematch. This is why rematches are so important.

Anyhow, Victor did rule for 4 years in a tough division. I only wish I had his title eliminator match with Len Hutchins.
