It is amazing to think that Ward is still fine tuning his craft and improving.

Well, this is why I said Ward should have insisted the fight happen at 175. The perception and reality is that Chad was weight drained, and many are not givibng Ward full credit since they feel Chad was compromised.

Watching now, in my honest assessment, it would not have mattered what weight the fight happened at. Ward would have neutralized Dawson's jab, and that would tell the whole story, I think.

Told you Dawson was going to get handled Rummy and stood little chance. Nice write up man, interested to see where both go :good

Thanks man. I really thought Ward would have more trouble with Chad's jab, but he knew what to do before even needing to adjust. It was masterful.

Dawson I suspect ultimately aims for the Pascal rematch, but he needs to take a little break I think. Ward? Who the **** knows, i see no on out there who can be perceived as a remote challenge to him now

I agree 100%. Ward would have won this fight at absolutely any weight and this is where he failed to capitalise on the win. If he had won at 175, he would have got far more credit by beating a hydrated and no-question stronger Dawson. In hindsight I am sure he feels the same.
