cotto - mosley as some of you might know both are my favourite fighters and i hated it when the fight was made, i see this fight going 2 ways, 1. mosley out speeding cotto and out boxing him with sweet combinations, mosley is a power puncher and he can really hurt cotto, he is also as fast as zab who did hurt cotto with the uppercut, but lets not forget zabs uppercut is no joke, he was the only one able to stop cosme rivera with his left uppercut, mosley also will not tire and he will train to go 12 hard rounds, we may see a stoppage 2. cotto loses first few rounds just to get the hang of mosley's style while landing body shots, i can see cotto cornering mosley while cutting the ring off, he has very underrated footwork, he was able to get malignaggi and zab cornered often, he is tricky and dirty, he also has underrated handspeed as malignaggi says; he was not expecting alot of cotto's punches, cotto will be pressuring non stop, when cotto gets hurt he throws 2 times more punches than he usually does, cotto can win a decision this way. i hope its a really close fight so both fighters get credit, i wanted mosley to win so he can fight floyd but i really want cotto to win because he is younger and has alot to do. hatton vs mayweather i dont even need to tell you about this fight, mayweather will be out punching and out boxing hatton, it will look sort of like the gatti massacre, the only way i see hatton winning is if he is continuously smothering mayweather and using dirty tactics but mayweather is too smart for that, i dont see joy pot shotting in this one because he will not have to, he has a good chin and hatton isn't a great puncher, hatton will need to fight cotto style but smothering mayweather and throwing non stop body shots, he will need to be super fit. mayweather late tko hatton please prove me wrong!
You're wrong about 1 thing, Mosley IS NOT a power puncher at 147. You can't count crappy shot Vargas as a legit KO. Mosley is an average puncher at 147, nothing more. He doesn't knock out people at 147.
Molsey can KO cotto. But I think Cotto can punish mosley. Toss up. Depends on Mosleys legs. NO WAY CAN MOSLEY TRADE WITH COTTO. Hatton will come in full of vigor and energy and look good for the first 3 rounds by being in the fight. But from there the tide will slowly but surely turn and every round from about 6 will be pure punishment for as long as hatton wants to keep coming off of the stool. Floyd is not fighting hatton for a UD.
I actually don't think Cotto should trade with Mosely. Cotto tried that **** against Torres , got hurt a few times and almost got knocked out(his corner even told him to stop trading with Torres). Mosely is bigger, stronger, and faster than Torres. He also has a good chin and more than adequate power. I still don't know who I'm picking in this fight, but it should be entertaining
