    actually any man can do it it takes balls and i always hated signing the waver before the fight which basically says if you are killed in the fight who do you want to posess your estate that always reminded me i was in a very brutal sport.you must be super human fit to be a fighter because in the ring you cant hide from who you are and if your not up to par youll get found out very quickly.i would run 10 miles in the morning then spar 15 rounds with bigger guys and let them muscle me around so when i fought i had extra strength also id only take 25 secs between spar rounds so when the fight came the minute seemed like 10.

    barry mcguigan said he was amazed i could fight and take shots as im skin and bone my nicknames stumpy as i fell 3 floors outta a window when i was 2 and landed on my head hahahaha.
