Klitschko is used to fighting guys who are afraid to engage and not very big puncherr
. Also aside from Eddie Chambers not a lot of his past opponents are particularly speedy guys. Haye, on the other hand is very fast and very explosive and definitely has the power to hurt wlad. He would set a different pace that would set wlad off balance and with wlad afraid to be hit I don't think he would be throwing to many right hands out of fear of being countered by a faster fighter. I hate to say it would end early but I'm seeing a repeat of the Corrie Sanders fight with Haye blitzing Klitschko out early. He is simply to explosive for Wlad. Vitali is another story but in the case of Wlad, Haye KO 3.

Whatever your reasons fact is any Klit would take Haye to the cleaners.Ruis landed the straight left all night imagine what one of the brothers would do.Haye has a great right hand surley but he couldnt even whip his ass with his left,I believe the Haye bubble burst tonight against a very ordinary heavyweight i also belive Solis and Povotkin would beat him.
Not a hater by anymeans i think the buzz he generates to the division is fantastic, his attitude is top notch butbhe is very limited guys.

Haye is too wide and loads up too much. Thed sharp punching and alert
Wladimir knocks out haye if they meet. I'll bet my acct on it, and yours too.

I am more confident then i was about a Wlad vs Haye fight, I really saw David Haye as a big threat to Wlad, and although its the fight i want most at heavyweight (besides maybe Haye vs Adamek and Wlad/Vitali vs Valuev) i was super nervous as well for Wlad.

After seeing Ruiz land plenty of leather on Haye, back Haye up and walk him down even in spots, and seeing Hayes stamina look a bit questionable, i am pretty confident that Wlad jabs Hayes head off with Haye trying to make a fight of it for the first 6 rounds, then opens up from 7-9 and knocks haye out....

I think Haye's best bet to beat Wlad is to land a big punch. Otherwise I see him losing a fairly one sided fight stinking out the joint.

Haye would get hurt badly if he fought either Klistchko like that. Too easy to hit, and Ruiz looked pretty sad. He should have gone back to his jab and grab style it was way more effective

Haye showed against Valuev that can fight defensively and on the back foot without taking many shots. He didn't do that tonight because he didn't need to, Ruiz is not a big puncher so Haye kept his hands down. Different game plans for different fights :good

He did get hit more often than he should have, no doubt about it but then you have to ask why he didn't get knocked down or knocked out given the amount of people claiming he has a glass chin.

Solis already beat him in the past. Solis needs to get into shape now if he wants to stand a chance.

Haye's stamina was strange, because after maybe 4 rounds, he was really gulping for air, but then he seemed to pick up in the second half of the fight. Who knows how bad it actually was, or whether it was fine all along?

Haye would not not fight either Klitschko with the same style. He'd be up against superior physical specimens with better height, reach and weight. I wouldn't expect him to be entirely defensive as he was with Valuev, but with with either brother I think he'll go for a big combination right from the bell and decide from there what to do. I would definitely expect him to to try to blast Wlad out of there early, albeit in a defensive manner.

Exactly. He got tagged a lot tonight but he had his hands low to draw leads. He'd bring a different game plan entirely for either of the Klitschkos, they are in a different class to Ruiz and Haye knows it.

People seem to forget, the crude punching Sam Peter was able to land a decent amount of looping punches against Wlad. Whose to say a much quicker handed fighter in Haye Cant? If Haye comes out aggressive, Wlad may just melt as he usually does when faced with pressure.

Wlad/Haye is the most interesting fight that can made right now, I would love to see it.

The key to Haye's chances are landing a big right hand like he did against Ruiz in the first round. He needs to do that very early. He simply has to get Wladimir into that tentative state where he prods the jab and restricts his own power punches. That gives Haye the chance to time over the top of his prods without being in as much danger. He simply can't let Wlad be confident, otherwise he'll probably lose such is the size disadvantage.

Haye fought exactly like Haye lol, with a calm but cool plan of picking his opponent apart from the outside with fast and powerful punches, leading them in with his left low and relying on his speed and usual control of distance to time them well should they come in.

I dont really buy this 'master plan' that Haye will have for Wlad. Ya, of course hes not going to fight Wlad EXACTLY the same as he did Ruiz, but its not going to be a big enough difference IMO that i cant draw parraeles to the weaknesses i saw against Ruiz not being there against Wlad, given that Haye will pretty much always fight like Haye. And he was able to fight the way he did against Valuev because thats pretty much the only way he COULD fight against Valuev given the size disadvantage, and given that Valuev is one of the biggest plodders, slowest movers, and slowest punchers in the sport, there is also a reason he looked so succesful doing it.

Look, im not here to hate on Haye or be negative about what he did. His fans i suppose have to come up with their reasons as to why he will beat Wlad, but i think its a mistake when i go around seeing 'Haye KO 2' and all this, but you think Haye will win, fair enough m'man this is boxing and thats why they fight the fights, im actually glad so many people do think he will beat Wlad so should wlad win the way i expect him to, it will be the biggest win of his career.

But i hope your right about Haye fighting like that against Ruiz because he 'could' fight like that against Ruiz, and i def can see how one could fight down to his competition when facing a 38 year old ruiz, especially one in which Haye himself wanted an impressive showing as to maybe let his guard down a bit in front of his home town and get a bit ahead of himself.

And also i think im being a BIT hard on haye, this is boxing and your going to get hit and haye pretty much dominated. However, i think he will need to raise his game in order to compete with Wlad, what i saw against Ruiz wont cut it.

    Just IMO
