There's no bull**** here man. If he fights another fight above Middleweight then he gets stripped off all his belts and that's a good enougn sign that he's putting the division behind him. Also, team Abraham have sent them another letter which didn't have any response to last time I checked. Sauerland already said that when they spoke to Pavlik's team they all agreed to take negotiations further to set up a possible fight early next year. They resent a letter and got no response.

The funny thing is I truly expect both old guys to perform well in their fights. I expect them to get the crowd behind them, and win...lol.

He will definitely get tired though he doesn't really need to avoid shots for 12 rounds, Pavlik won't be able to avoid shots for 1 round. Hopkins has an iron jaw, he isn't getting stopped.

I can see bhop having a much better showing than roy...I think the punch volume and accuracy of Joe will be roy's undoing.

Hey Mex. if you are a Laker fan, and you saw their preseason game against the Kings yesterday/Sunday...Dawson got a shout out at the game. He had his son on his lap.

Well I had to factor in that Joes biggest win is against Bernard and no doubt it was the toughest of his career. I think Jones has a great shot at beating Joe even though he is shot. We have to wait and see.

Do you really think that this was his biggest win? At this stage of B-hops career, he is no longer the executioner, he has merely found a way to simply frustrate his opponents. I don't think he realistically plans on beating any of the current elite fighters in the division. I think he plans on surviving while making a close and ugly fight. I think he is more interested in making money rather than making history.

I don't know Link. I see Roy using his defense, and countering Joe from the ropes effectively and the crowd firing roy up.

Very good!! I had forgotten that...wasn't it bizarre how they killed his character off in OZ? That was some shocking stuff!!

Maybe 7 or 8 years ago...I don't think he is going to react well to joe's pressure and punch volume...man, I really wish we were talking about this fight back then!!
