I saw the 'Home Setup' thread and it reminded me that I took about a billion photos of the removable heavybag stand I made. I told someone at work what I was planning and he seemed interested, so I sort of made a step-by-step guide for when he wanted to make one. Since I've forgotten who it was, I'll post the photos here just in case it's of any interest to someone. Fabricated the 'socket' part from four lengths of plate, after taking measurements of the box section I'd be using. This way, whenever we want the bag out of the way I just lift the post out and drop the removable slab piece in place.
