He did not get outboxed. the fight was even before the last and the winner of that round was likely winner. Not only did Carl win the round....
well i only saw the last round but still froch was down by 106-102 by 2 judges from what I hear and would have lost the fight if taylor would have just been smart enough to keep his hands up in the 12th but no. Still congrats froch. at least i aint making excuses tho like some bitter yanks.
If you haven't seen the fight pretty pointless even mentioning he got outboxed all night. For you information he got outboxed for the first 4 rounds and then he started using his jab better and working off his jab. Joe would win a mid to wide decision over 12 rounds as he would out box him but to be fair there are not that many fighters out there who have Calzaghe like skills.
Actually considering both of their granite chins,I believe that this one goes the distance in a ******* matchup.
Whoever edits the posts, the word that was deleted was "*******", which means "exciting" in Ireland which is where my wife is from.My intention was only to describe the possibilty of a Andrade-Froch matchup as exciting.
Way to end a fight by Froch. Froch is the man @ 168lbs. Taylor let it slip thru his hands again. (Good show) :bowdown Gerry Penalosa I think Gamboa should start packing his bags and move up a weight if JuanMa decides to go up & join him at feather.
Actually, most Americans were giving Froch a lot of respect before the fight. Most people knew that, whoever won, it would be close. They were right! I thought Taylor would win and hoped that Froch would win; Taylor's footwork let him down (AGAIN) and Froch showed that he has a big heart as well as a big punch and big ego.
