R1 - Froch R2 - Kessler R3 - Even R4 - Froch R5 - Froch R6 - Kessler R7 - Even R8 - Kessler R9 - Even R10 - Even R11 - Kessler R12 - Kessler I had Kessler winning by 2 rounds. From round 6 onwards I felt Froch stepped off the gas and Kessler just outworked in and was landing more shots. Froch will win and lose fights like this simply because he gets hit FAR too easily and while he is in with a fighter with a high punch rate unless Froch knocks them out I can't see him winning with his style. QUite a few rounds were hard to score and both fighters were landing and being hit so I gave them even but I could have scored a few of the even rounds to Kessler IMO Closeish but Clear UD decision Well done Mikkel Kessler
Yeah I had Froch having the better of the first 6 rounds, but the last couple I gave to Froch also. I had it a draw. Froch should have been more aggressive, I believe Kessler was there to be stopped on a couple of occasions.
Actually i've just looked at your scoring again rounds 9.10.11 Froch was beating the **** out of Kessler! I scored rounds 1,5,9,10 and 11 to Froch with the last possibly even although Kessler showed a more balls in the last. last night i scored 2 rounds to Kessler now after re-watching i could possibly argue 1 round to Kesser but 9 and 10 even with Kessler winning 11? :nono
Did anyone see the WBC official stood behind Kessler? He had the belt half way around his waste before they even announced the verdict, great way to destroy the tension of the announcement.

Rounds 1-2 Froch Rounds 3-9 Kessler Rounds 10-12 Froch That is how I scored it and I think a draw could have been fair but all things considered I had it 2 rounds for Kessler. I think Froch would win a re-match in the UK.
Really?? Kessler took the middle part of the fight but, seven consecutive rounds no way. I wouldn't give Froch the 12th either.
I give Froch the 12th but I can see it going to Kessler as he had a good flurry towards the end of the fight. Of the middle rounds maybe only 5 & 9 I could have given to Froch. When you really think about it a draw was the fair result but consdiering the fight was in Denmark Froch had to do more in the middle of the fight. It could have gone either way.
Think Kessler won a tight decison u cant let a hometown fighter fight on the front foot all night and xpect to get a decison. I watched the primetime broadcast live and the delayed showtime broadcast later on, At first I thought Kessler had won by a clearer margin but after watching the delayed showtime broadcast later on the fight was closer than it first appeared but thought Kessler did just enough to win
