Forget about the judges...put your work in early, Im telling you...most of the guys you face will head hunt through out...put your work in, go to the body and embarrass them on round 3, but remember that the moment you release your jab you need to hold your opposite hand on guard and pull the jab straight back to position. Its a habit, practice it during your heavy bag and shadow work.
