Heres what i think will happen. I base this all on styles. Which i think is a very big part of boxing. HW: David Haye Beats Wladimir Toney beats Wladimir Wladimir beats Rahman Vitali Beats Everyone SMW: Kessler beats Bute Bute beats Froch Froch beats Pascal Pascal beats Miranda Allan Green beats Inkin MW: Abraham beats Pavlik Pavlik beats Mundine Mundine beats Sturm :huh But can't pick em Sturm beats Abraham Winky Beats Abraham Winky Beats Sturm ?
So did I. Toney is shot and overweight - Wlad, whilst being painfully boring and chinny, isn't going to be beaten by Toney IMO.
Toney beats wlad :think :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl No way How in the hell does he even hit wlad all his movement is gone he is fat and old and dosent hit at hw at all. Toney would get mangled against wlad now :rofl
Toney has written himself out of the equation by getting fat, blatantly cheating by taking roids on several occasions and struggling with the Danny Batchelder's of this world. I think he has Thompson next up? That will be a good test, if James passes it and is clear of the roids, then we can take the next step. Oh and Wlad beats him handily.
I never really rated Pavlik full stop. Toney is done! Your username says it all - people won't take you seriously trolling like that.
Well if you want to talk styles - Wlad has always excelled against defensive, smaller fighters without a knockout punch. Byrd couldn't win a single round against him in 17 of them. Even if Toney wasn't fat - he has to reach up from 5'9 to 6'6" against a fighter who has faster feet than him, a good defence and can take his head off with a counter every moment, while Toney's chances of landing a counter (his favorite) punch are nill because Wlad will be long out of the way. Honestly, Wlad vs Toney is just about the worst stylistic matchup you can think of, for Toney. When was the last time he even beat a fighter over 6'4" who was world class? In fact, when was the last time he convincingly, without cheating, beat a world ranked heavyweight? I'm guessing it was a 42 year old Holyfield, if he was ranked..... and that was 5 years and 20 pounds ago.
Toney cannot beat Wlad, its silly to say otherwise. The only fight I'd like to see James Toney in is against Hopkins if he can get his Fat Ass in shape and agree to some kind of a catchweight.
