Regardless of who you side with so you can go on a who's ducking who rampage, it's best to wait until the PPV numbers for May 1st comes back in. If Floyd sold significantly moar than pac did vs Cotto or Clottey, there's no ****ing way an even 50/50 split happens.

What's "significantly" for you? Upwards of 1.5 million?

I like the idea of 60/40 split, to the winner goes the spoils. I think in fights like that, that's how you solve the "Who deserves more money" argument.

if it doesn't do significantly more than Pac's Clottey or Cotto fights it would be a disaster for Goldenboy/Mayweather. It's expected. 50/50 is fair and it should be nothing else.

Agreed - there should surely be enough money in this fight for everyone at 50-50!

Yes, that's what all the fans are hoping for a 50/50 split so things can run smoothly. Let's not forget Mayweather would have the right to AZZk for moar if he sells moar, and that he's no people's champion just because of what happened on Saturday.

Both boxers deserve 50-50 split. They agreed over Christmas it should be 50-50, it wasn't a problem then...so why should it be now? Because Mayweather Mosley is likely to have done more PPV buys than Pacquiao Clottey? Bull****...these two are the main attractions in the sport, these two facing off together are the only two in the sport who will generate as much money as it will do. 50-50!!

Mayweather and Oscar DLH were the two biggest stars in the sport when that fight happened. There was no damn 50-50 split. Business doesn't work that way. Let's stay realistic to avoid disappointments.

And DLH was leagues above PBF when it came to PPV sales so arguing for a 50/50 split was a moot point for PBF.

PAC and Mayweather are not that far apart as far being an "attraction" so 50/50 seems pretty fair in this case!

If May camp insists on a higher share, they do not want the fight to happen

Let's wait to see how sales for last Saturday went.

I still don't see pac getting offered no 50/50 split right off the bat. I'm trying to be realistic here.

50-50, drop all demands from both camps, and just fight!

Yes, but also you can't take the numbers at face value, you'd have to put it in perspective and include all the variables. There would be arguments from both sides but both would agree that Clottey =/= Mosley, and that Floyd/Mosley was more of a superfight (at least touted as one) than Pac/Cotto..

Again there will be arguments from both sides, but the numbers must be taken with a grain of salt..
