    Definitely a good point; if he can isolate the right hand and create openings on the left side, it looks a lot better for him than walking into those laser right hands.

    We'll have to see if Cotto is prepared for Floyd's adjustments with a backup plan, because a purely offensive game-plan with no varying dynamics will, as you said, reduce the fight to target practice for Floyd on an oncoming Cotto. His right hand isn't anything special, but the fact that it's there can make the difference between a round won and a round lost.

    And yea, that replay they showed at the beginning is always motivating to look at :yep ; varying the punches on the inside from the same (left) hand instead of alternating predictably between right and left good work well for Miguel in spots. If that same left lands on the inside, it could open up further avenues for success.

    Cotto going bring something mayweather had never seen before this is his time i got cotto in a upset and mayweather vs cotto II When he get out of jail cotto is a pretty smart fighter

    Miguel is my favourite fighter and before the Margarito fight Id've given him a really good shot against PBF, but not now, I think it's a really comfortable UD for PBF :mad:

    Well a pre Margarito Cotto would back Floyd up with his jab and throw his classic left hook to the body, I think this gameplan would fare better as opposed to back peddle approach we've seen of late. I love Cotto but I don't see how even in his prime he could have beaten Floyd
