First of all let me say it was a tremendous fight.I scored it 96 - 94 for Taylor but would have no problem with a draw. Unfortunately for Cameron nothing seemed to go right for her.She had a legitimate knock down in the first round not scored,then had a really bad cut caused by a head butt.Nonetheless Katie should be congratulated on a great performance after been written off by so many.She is a true warrior and i can`t wait for the third installment. Congratulations to both girls you provided great entertainment
It was a great fight, a competitive matchup between two of the finest practitioners in women's boxing. I thought Cameron won clearly, but closely (96-94), so I don't have any problem with those who scored close for Taylor. As usual in these cases, there were several close rounds that reasonably could be scored either way. This noted, one of those judges was clearly biased for Taylor however. And the ref ignoring that obvious KD in the first was horrid.
