Fitz should be in the top ten . Frazier and Wlad are debatable Frazier because he only kod a couple of decent heavyweights Wlad because for the most part he chips away and gradually reduces his opponents to helplessness before taking a chance and going for the finish. Baer was a sloppy finisher.

I think you are right to question Wlad being in the top 10. Povetkin was there for the taking and that can be said for virtually the whole fight. Frazier also, which pains me to say as he one of my favourite heavys. They'd probably be in the top 20.
I don't think Wlad since Steward is a good finisher. He will grind the other guy down until he's broken, while taking minimal chances. What I imagine a good finisher to be like is somebody like Sanders, who, the moment he has his man hurt, blasts away all guns blazing, even if he has to take a few in return.
