    Decent list with the exception of Johnny Kilbane who was something like 140-8. Not a hard puncher but beat Leonard, Rocky Kansas and Abe Attell among others.

    I think Pacquiao should rate higher. It was at 126 where the destruction of Barrera took place.

    You would have to look far and wide to find a featherweight performance on TV like that.

    His Featherweight work deserves a mention, but I would not place him in the top 10.
