I agree, Lwad is much more proven and the better fighter. I think there is no real confusion with the boxing aficianados but the casual fan has some confusion there. Hell, there are plenty of people who think they are the same person.

Actually even though i think Wlad is the better boxer and more fresher of the Klits. I still would pick Vitali if they met HTH and he has only lost once to Lewis (besides the injury against Byrd??) where as Wlad has 2 legit ko losses to lesser fighters 3 if you count Purrity early on. Heres my top 10.

I will also add that every time a which Klitschko wins H2H thread is raised it still brings a fairly robust debate on this forum and some very good posters will argue both sides.

Wlad´s better technically, has more power, better defence, better boxing brain, has the better trainer. If they fight WLad would keep Vitali at range. Vitali´s lean back defence won´t work against Wlad like it didn´t work against Lewis. He would get outboxed and tagged by jabs and right hands the whole night and be stopped around the 10th, cut up, beaten up and behind on the cards. Something like 8-2 in rounds. I followed both their careers since they set their feet on German soil. I have no doubt about this.

 

Well i followed Wlad since before that when he fought Cley Bey in the Olympics, just cause they fight out of Germany dont make you some kind of an authority on the Klits. Wlad is definitely the more skilled fighter and even harder(but not stronger) puncher, but this time intangibles make the difference over skills.

 

True. Despitge running out of gas and getting a beating he rised again and agian against Purrity and Brewster. Against Sanders too. And against Peter. Vitali never proved he can do that.

I'm not that sold on Perez but he is a decent fighter and will make fights exciting, good stamina, nice accurate combinations and hits fairly hard. Not seen too much of Perez but he likes to stand in and counter, so it will definitly be exciting. I'm looking forward to it.

Vazquez vs Marquez is a fight I dont think should happen, both guys have done enough but must just love to fight. I think it is a case of who has more left, and even then they are both near empty. I am a Marquez fan but its hard no to like Vasquez, I think Marquez might have slightly more left and maybe get a stoppage in the mid-rounds.
