    this is a list of the 10 top fighters i would recommend a newbie to watch for the best bang for the buck. in no particular order;
    ggg
    canelo
    spence
    usyk
    crawford
    garcia
    lomachenko
    valdez
    inoue
    joshua

    i made my picks based on skill, drama, significance, and available competition. i dont watch all the fighters or fights in boxing, so if you think someone is more deserving of a spot, let me know and i will check em out and update accordingly.

    which guys fit my criteria better than someone on my list? i left out a lot of exciting fighters to narrow it down to 10 because of new fan expectations. i left roman out because of available comp needed to showcase a real big fight, and make it exciting.

    I think Inoue should be up there too as he's been beasting a lot in the last few years and am one of the few who picks him to beat Gonzales.

    Good list but you HAVE to have Ward on a list like that. He is arguably p4p number 1. Especially if you going to have Kovalev on the list. Ward just beat him no matter what anybody thought about the decision.

    this was the hardest guy to leave out, when i made my list. if he were to sign vs gonzalez, i would replace benavidez and valdez with these 2.

    newbies arent exactly wowed by the subtle quality of wards work, so it goes largely unappreciated.

    if an opponent isnt up to task, garcia wont let him see the final bell. keith is ok with letting you walk as long as he gets the w.

    im not a newbie either, and im also not a big fan of wards fights, although i can see the skill required to do what he does.
